1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using 1food.menu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What 1food.menu provides

1food.menu is a platform for restaurants and food trucks to create and publish digital menu pages. Each vendor gets a public page at 1food.menu/@[slug] that displays their menu, hours, location, and contact information. The service includes a management dashboard for building and updating menus.

3. Plans

Three plan levels are available: Free, Pro, and Business. The Free plan includes core menu publishing features and is supported by third-party advertising shown on public pages. Pro and Business plans remove ads and unlock additional features. Plan details and current pricing are shown in the dashboard. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share access with unauthorized parties.

6. Content and accuracy

You retain ownership of all content you upload - menu items, prices, images, descriptions, allergen information, and location details. By using our service, you grant us a licence to store, display, and serve that content as part of your public menu page.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your menu content, including prices, allergens, availability, and opening hours. 1food.menu does not verify this information and is not liable for errors or omissions in vendor-provided content.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use 1food.menu to publish false, misleading, or harmful content, impersonate another business, violate any applicable law, or interfere with the platform or other users.

8. Advertising

Public menu pages for vendors on the Free plan may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar third-party networks. Vendors on Pro or Business plans are not subject to this. We do not control the specific ads displayed.

9. Intellectual property

All platform software, design, and trademarks are owned by 1food.menu. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, your public menu page will be removed and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

1food.menu is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including any inaccuracies in menu content displayed to end customers.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
