Getting started
Your account, your first page, the Dashboard and turning your page on.
- Create your accountSign up with your email and a password, or with Google. One account can run more than one page.
- Create your pageName your place, say if it is a restaurant or a food truck, pick your country. Your page address is made for you.
- The DashboardThe first screen after you sign in: your page link, page views, the on and off switch, your counts and the QR code.
- Turn your page on or offOne switch puts your page online or takes it down. Off means the link and the QR code open nothing.
- More than one pageRun a second place from the same account. Free includes two pages, Pro removes the limit.
Updates
Short notices under your name: an offer, a closure, a new dish.
Food truck locations
Spots, schedules and the live map guests see.
Settings
Name and logo, address and hours, your page address, QR code, colour, buttons and search engines.
- Name, logo and descriptionThe top of your page: your logo, your name, one line under it, and a longer text about your place.
- Address and opening hoursPin your restaurant on the map and set the hours. Guests see a map, a directions button and whether you are open now.
- Your page addressYour page lives at 1food.menu/@your-name. Change the name once every 14 days, and old links keep working.
- QR codeA QR code that opens your page, ready to print. Download it as PNG or SVG from the Dashboard or Settings.
- Accent colourThe colour of the buttons, links and highlights on your page. Pick one of eight, or type your own.
- Contact buttonsCall, WhatsApp, Email, Directions and a link of your own, such as ordering. Two of them go under your name.
- Search enginesWhat Google shows for your page: a title, a short description, and whether to list the page at all.
Account
Page views, reviews, your menu on your own website, plan and billing, help.
- Page viewsHow many people opened your page, by day. See the last 7 days, 30 days or all time, and your busiest days.
- ReviewsSee the reviews left on your page, hide the ones that should not show, and delete spam.
- Your menu on your own websiteProPaste one line of code into your website and your live menu shows there. Or read the menu as JSON.
- Plan and billingFree includes the page, the menu, buttons and the QR code. Pro removes the ads and adds updates and the website embed.
- Help and feedbackStuck or missing something? Chat, email or send feedback from any screen. We read every message.
